At La Yoga, we support mummas to be, with prenatal yoga accessible to all stages of pregnancy.
Our prenatal yoga classes will help you adjust to the different stages of your pregnancy.
We approach prenatal yoga holistically with elements of building strength, stretching to allow room for baby and release of tension, breathing techniques, pelvic floor mapping, bonding with baby, guided meditation for relaxation and therapeutic sound.

It is important to speak with your doctor and obtain clearance for prenatal yoga practice. If you are in the first trimester and/or are experiencing contraindications, please advise our prenatal yoga teacher, prior to attending a prenatal yoga class.
