How has yoga impacted your life?
Yoga has given me the courage to live with authenticity. To not settle in life, and how to meet challenge through using my breath and finding equanimity. I know I can step onto my mat at anytime and completely shift my energy through asana, pranayama, mantra and meditation.
What is your favourite class to teach?
I love teaching Yin and Meditation. Supporting my students to go deep, calming the nervous system and releasing any stagnant energy from within the body. Meditation to teach my students to manage stress, and feel happier

Where did you train?
I completed my Hatha yoga & yoga Nidra teacher training with Ojashvi Yoga Shala in India in 2017.
How has yoga impacted your life?
My yoga journey began in 2011, and it has been a part of my life ever since. Discovering a great sense of peace through the practice carried over from the mat into my daily life. I began to feel a deep desire to share my passion of yoga with others. I teach my classes from the heart, and believe that everyone should practice yoga!

How has yoga impacted your life?
Yoga has allowed me to acknowledge the impermanence of the phenomenal world we live in, whilst showing me there is also a deep inner world worth exploring. In essence yoga has gifted me with a spiritual pathway, learning and integrating valuable lessons on this spectacular journey of life.

I enjoy teaching all classes, from yin to flow and pranayama - all have their unique flavour.

How has yoga impacted your life?
I found yoga as a teenager in rural NSW and completed my teacher training in 2019. Yoga has been a source of calm and stability for me in a sometimes-busy world. Yoga has taught me that strength requires softness and vulnerability. I also love how the physical challenge of yoga can cultivate stillness in the mind.

I love it all, from a juicy flow to a soft and supported yin! Prenatal yoga holds a special place in
my heart, it’s a beautiful opportunity to support women through in the transition from maiden
to mother and to celebrate the power of their bodies.

What is your teaching ethos?
My intention for sharing this wonderful practice is to empower & strengthen our relationship with the innate wisdom that lies within our bodies. I believe this work creates endless opportunities to explore & celebrate what it means to be alive, in all its nuances. The messy, the sweet, the dark & the light. Offering each part of us a seat at the table in presence & curiosity & learning to trust & listen to our intuition while establishing a sense of regulation in our nervous system.
To come together and do this work in a safe & likeminded community is so special & why I will always feel honoured to get to share in this way.
How has yoga impacted your life?This practice has impacted me in every sense of the word. It has deepened my connection to my body, my heart & the earth. It has shown me the meaning of community, healing, compassion & the true interconnectedness of every single thing around us. It continues to guide me through every season of life. Forever grateful.
Favourite style to teach?
I am obsessed with slow strong flows & deep explorative yins all weaved with nourishing somatic practices. I also love sharing ecstatic dance/movement, reiki & breath & sound journeys.
I always show up raw and real & will always be in service to growing & learning together.

I completed my training with Santosha Yoga Institute in 2021.
How has yoga impacted your life?
I began practicing yoga in 2017 and I’ve never looked back. Through my practice I’ve found a sense of inner-peace that goes far beyond the mat. Yoga to me is a holistic practice and has added so much curiosity, joy and love to my life all-around. In my classes, I hope to encourage this in others too!
What is your favourite class to teach?
Hatha flow because I like to teach the foundations of asanas while also keeping it fun and dynamic.

How has yoga impacted your life?
Practising yoga has undoubtedly had a great impact on how I move through life - how I treat other beings, how I treat myself and how I take time to reflect on my reactions and feelings. In my humble opinion practising yoga or mindfulness does not make one a perfect human being but rather gives the tools and opportunity to experience life being aware of why we act or feel a certain way, and then perhaps try and change any patterns we are not satisfied with.
I try to bring yoga off the mat to every aspect of my life, including my parenting where the ability and time to look within, reflect, take time for myself as well as remaining calm in frustrating situations has made a big difference.
What is your favourite class to teach?
That would definitely be the slower paced gentle flows - both to practice and to teach. I believe it is a great idea to practice different styles of yoga however taking it slow gives the opportunity to face the thoughts and feelings rising within which we don't often have the chance to in our increasingly busy lives. I love giving my students the permission to slow things down.
