Whatever you are looking for, we have a range of such beautiful offerings that are all with the intention of you stepping in to the greatest and most highest version of yourself.
Flow & Flow+
Flow is a slower-paced, mindful flow class that will allow you to move out of your head, into your body, linking your breath with movement to build strength, balance, flexibility and focus.
​Flow+ is a little quicker and more dynamic building heat and strength
Yin
This beautiful practice is designed to release tension (surface level and stored) from the deep layers within the body and freeing the mind, by sinking in to long held, deep and passive postures.
This is a practice of patience, and can be a challenge of the mind and body. A very special, deeply healing practice.
Meditation & Breathwork
If you have ever thought you can't meditate, this class is for you. Chantelle will teach you many different styles of meditation and breath work so you can learn a style that resonates with you, and bring you in to a deep state of relaxation. This is perfect for all levels, and especially for those who suffer with anxiety and have a lot of stress. Every 3rd week we practice Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep)
Holistic Counseling
Holistic counselling/life coaching is viewing a whole person; mind, body and spirit, and working with them to bring about the changes they desire for themselves. We listen, empower and guide our clients in teaching tools to support them on their own path to change, self-discovery and self-empowerment.​
Meditation Therapy
If you have ever thought you can't meditate, this is for you. Chantelle will work with you to find out what type of Meditation would suit you as there are many different styles. You will learn a style that resonates with you, and bring you in to a deep state of relaxation. This is perfect for all levels, and especially for those who suffer with anxiety and have a lot of stress, or have always wanted to begin a personal Meditation practice.
NDIS
Our yoga program is specifically designed to accommodate participants with psychosocial disabilities.
